Recently,the State Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Water Resources jointly issued the National Water Saving Action Plan.It is planned that by 2020,water saving policies,regulations,market mechanism and standard system will be improved,and water consumption of 10,000 yuan of gross domestic product and 10,000 yuan of industrial added value will be reduced by 23%and 20%respectively compared with 2015.
According to the statistical data,by the end of 2017,China's per capita water resources amount was 2074.53 cubic meters per person,only 1/4 of the world average level.It is one of the 13 poor countries in the United Nations,especially in the north and some Eastern regions.An important reason for the serious low water resources is the emergence of water leakage.It is understood that the unit pipe length leakage of our country is 1.86 cubic meters/kilometers per hour,which is much higher than that of developed countries.
There are more than 660 cities,more than 2500 counties and 30,000 administrative towns in China.Each town basically has a water supply and drainage system.It is not easy to monitor the phenomenon of water leakage in an all-round way.At the same time,most of the water management level is low,and the detection accuracy and stability of leakage detection equipment are not high.It is impossible to solve the problem of large-scale pipeline leakage detection only by means of instruments and equipment.Therefore,the National Water Saving Action Plan proposes to strengthen the deep integration of new generation information technology such as big data,artificial intelligence and block chain with water saving technology,management and products.
Industry insiders believe that large data,artificial intelligence,virtual reality and other technologies can be introduced in the research and development of water monitoring information technology and water-saving products to realize the wisdom of water use and water-saving management.For example,the formation of large data organization,analysis,storage,sharing and self-learning technology for water-saving across industries,fields and regions,and the creation of intelligent water-saving management application platform integrating intelligent perception,intelligent simulation,intelligent diagnosis,intelligent prediction,intelligent dispatching,intelligent control,intelligent disposal and intelligent evaluation functions,etc.,emerged as the times require.Some enterprises have made important breakthroughs in water industry related sensors and intelligent instruments,water supply network and equipment monitoring and control equipment,water Internet of things,hydraulic model and water integrated intelligent software and other fields.
Intelligent water service can real-time perceive the operation status of urban water supply and drainage system through online monitoring equipment such as data acquisition instrument,wireless network,water quality pressure meter and so on.It integrates water management departments and water supply and drainage facilities in a visual way,forms the"Urban Water Internet of Things".The massive water information is analyzed and processed in time,and the corresponding processing results are made to assist decision-making.It is suggested that the whole production,management and service process of the service system be managed in a more refined and dynamic way,so as to achieve the state of"wisdom".
For example,the intelligent water system can manage the leakage phenomenon by monitoring the user's water use curve.In general,when the user's water use is always useful or not,the water use curve monitored will fluctuate.If the monitoring finds that the water consumption is a line and the water consumption is constant in the middle of the night,the monitors will remind the users to check the household water equipment.In addition,the intelligent water system can automatically adjust the water pressure and water volume,reduce leakage and reduce pipe burst incidents at peak and trough without increasing or reducing the water pressure of the factory.
Recently,the first"intelligent water experiment base"in China was built in Qingpu,Shanghai.It combines the water supply industry with artificial intelligence,and is at the forefront of the country.There are more than 20 large-scale water supply facilities and equipment,more than 200 sets of various types of hardware sensors and more than 5000 meters of pipeline system in the base.At the same time,the combination of the most advanced AI algorithm and other technologies can provide accurate simulation experiments for large-scale water supply system,and more effectively solve the system pressure imbalance,pipeline leakage and other difficult problems.At the same time,it will also train more hands-on and capable new water talents for the society,and help the long-term development of China's intelligent water affairs.
From the point of view of actual demand and development status,there is a great space for the promotion and industrialization of water-saving technology in China in the future.At present,the country is actively promoting the promotion and integrated application of water-saving technologies in various industries.Intelligent water can minimize the occurrence of water leakage and protect water resources.There are still great prospects for development in the future.
