  1、以上基本介绍的是选取差压大的优点,不过发展到了一定程度,必将相对的带来一些弊端。熟悉孔板流量计和V锥流量计加工工艺的人应该知道,当差压选取过大的时候,那么导致的直接后果就是开孔变的很小,那么相对的就是压力损失也很大,孔板流量计本来压力损失就很大,如果再加上这个的话,那么对整个工艺系统来说,由于这个压力损失而造成的费用是相当可观的;V锥流量计相比起来,稍微适中点。

  3、而对于差压变送器来说,差压大的比差压小的更加稳定。

  针对这个特点,对于一体化孔板流量计说,考虑各方面经济的因素,应该选取差压最大的那个开孔值;而V锥流量计则相对好点了,对于现场流体是牛顿流体的话,本身V锥流量计的直管段要求就比较低,即使短些的话,相比而言的话,也不存在了。
