Alkali liquor is one of the main raw materials in viscose production. Our company adopts float type telemetry liquid level meter for alkali measurement. The indicator of buoy and heavy hammer is used to indicate the instrument. There are often the following problems in the use process: ① drum wheel is often blocked by the alkali liquid carried by the steel rope, resulting in inaccurate instrument indication; ② the weight of the heavy hammer is insufficient, so that the weight of the heavy hammer is delayed or even does not slide, and the pointer cannot be driven, which leads to the instrument indication
