顶装的3151/3051顶装式液位变送器必须要在安装时保持垂直，连杆也不能弯曲。许多情况还要加装阻波管，以隔离罐内液体的晃动对浮子产生影响和损坏，3151/3051顶装式液位变送器一般都是在地下槽罐、或工作台位于槽罐顶部的测量现场，因为浮子要下行到容器内，所以安装法兰一般不得小于DN80，否则浮子直径过大无法通过法兰孔进入容器内。很多客户在选择3151/3051顶装式液位变送器的时候，并不在意法兰的大小，这容易在以后的使用与维护中产生问题，而我们顶装式的正常标准时法兰为DN80，这样现场的配对法兰买一只DN80的正好与其匹配，并且3151/3051顶装式液位变送器的浮筒和导杆都可以插入通过，顺利安装。如果客户有特殊要求，需要小号法兰，就是现在我们定做的法兰DN50的大小。

    1、防腐性公称压力≤1.0MPa，安装连接法兰，液位计出厂的常用突面尺寸参考规范制造。

    2、3151/3051顶装式液位变送器有一定盲区，故在读取液位高度时应加上盲区值补偿，生产厂家在液位计出厂时，标尺刻度零位已迁移到实际值。液位计测量范围不超过5米，否则影响液位计的稳定可靠、牢度等。

    3、3151/3051顶装式液位变送器与罐体的连接部分一般是选用DN80或者DN100标准型的法兰连接，如果用户觉得牢固性不够的话，可以根据实际情况选配更大规格的法兰连接。一般情况下是可以的。

    4、3151/3051顶装式液位变送器在安装高度较高达到4米以上的话，建议一定要在两边加固定拉索，固定位置不偏移，可以保证仪表在恶劣测量环境中，比如现场震动大或遭到碰撞，大风天气等，遭遇碰撞不会受到损坏。

    5、在遇到较高罐体测量时如10米以上，3151/3051顶装式液位变送器不管是分段，建议在中间部位或者每个分段的法兰周围用卡箍或其他固定件固定。在装置时，一定要坚持笔直状况，3151/3051顶装式液位变送器与容器引管间应加装有球阀，以便液位计的维修和拆开清洗

    顶装的3151/3051顶装式液位变送器使用时需要对指示器的磁翻板用所附磁钢进行一次引导，从而使3151/3051顶装式液位变送器零位以上指示白色、零位以下指示红色，通过无触点报警开关使转换起触点按液位给定值动作从而达到液位控制的目的报警开关安装在液位计所需控制位置，转换器安装在控制室内。它是利用磁藕合原理来进行工作的。

    不过这里现场需要注意的是，如果选择DN50的法兰，罐体顶部开孔尺寸必须在78-80之间，配对接法兰与顶部焊接之间的钢管内径也是78-80mm，而配对法兰DN50的中心孔开内径也是78-80，这三个直径要保持一致。就是DN50的法兰，中间孔直径为加工变大，所以浮筒插入不了，就影响了法兰对接。

    当然，如果按照标准DN80的选择去做3151/3051顶装式液位变送器，那么现场安装的时候，配对法兰直接买一只DN80法兰片即可，不需要在中心孔开大孔，DN80的中心孔直径足够浮筒和导杆插入。
