（3）开启和停用时，应避免差压变送器承受单向受压，对每台差压变送器应附带一套三组阀件，通常把三组阀安装在差压变送器的上方，其中阀1和阀3分别为高压和低压切断阀，阀2为平衡阀，平衡阀2在开表和停表时，用以保护差压变送器和便于调零位。在开启差压变送器时，应先打开平衡阀2，然后再打开阀1和阀3，当阀1和阀3全部打开后，再关闭阀2。在停用差压变送器时，也应先打开平衡阀2，然后再关闭阀1和阀3。按以上顺序开启和停用差压变送器，可以避免差压变送器承受单向静压而过载。对于有冷凝胶或隔离液的差压变送器，也可以避免冷凝胶或隔离液被冲跑。
