近日,在第二届数字中国峰会主论坛上,百度创始人李彦宏谈到,未来没有一家企业可以声称跟人工智能无关,所以每一个产业、每一个企业家要考虑的,是怎么样用最有效的方法,提升技术创新能力,把人工智能变成“自己的菜”。否则,有可能会错过一个时代。对于作为制造业重要组成部分的仪器仪表行业来说,也是同样如此。

目前,不少的国内外厂商已经越来越重视智能化仪表发展,建设了自动化生产线,产品技术朝着微型化、多功能化、人工智能化、虚拟化等方向发展。在生产方式上,泉州已经建设数字化生产线130条,完成生产销售国产机器人1160台,推广应用国产数控系统5340套,打造了嘉华机器人自动上下料及3C钻攻中心生产线、3条智能制造示范生产线;国网浙江省电力公司电力科学研究院成功研制了电能表智能检定系统,项目实施后,电能表检定效率提升58倍,检定人员减少90%以上,运营成本降低50%;艾默生推出了适用于科里奥利流量计和电磁流量计的新版智能仪表自校验软件。该软件可根据需求提供流量计校验,让过程工程师、技术人员和操作人员能基于当下行业先进仪表和过程诊断工具,关注仪表以外的事项并做出实时决策。
