为了验证微压液位变送器的可行性,特搭建1个实验平台,实验平台信号采集原理如图2所示。采用侧壁安装的方式在同一高度安装3块不同精度的微压液位变送器(实质为压力变送器),在水箱顶部安装1块投入式液位变送器,采集的信号全部传输到控制柜,通过程序运算将压力变送器采集的数据换算成对应的液位值,同时可采用钢尺测得水箱的实际液位标准值。各变送器对应的液位值可从人机界面上读取和下载。
